When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of items and the shipping options you choose. In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Dyed to order items typically ship within 2 weeks.
Shipping rates for all items is weight-based, and any discrepancy between the weight of fiber listed and the weight used for shipping calculations is in order to account for the weight of packaging materials. Packages under 16 ounces are typically sent USPS First Class and packages over 1lb are sent USPS Priority Mail. International packages are sent USPS First Class International unless you wish to upgrade to Priority International.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their country.
Elemental Fiberworks is proud to use recycled and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible, and we pack with the least amount of materials that will get your fiber to your door safely.
You may return fiber in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Original condition means that fiber is not pulled apart, drafted, or spun in any way, and that all original packaging materials are included. Having unbraided the fiber to see the whole length is the only acceptable exception.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
